FORECAST CALM DAY
(Unedited) Here’s a sample of a quiet forecast, and some of the fun, unscripted banter I have with our anchors.
A Historic Earthquake in New Jersey
(Unedited) On April 5, a historic 4.8 earthquake rocked New Jersey. I was the lead meteorologist for the evening snow and explained the significance of the quake to our News12 viewers. These segments are live and are exactly as they appeared live on air.
First Snow of the season
(Montage) Long Island sees its first snowstorm of the season, the 5th latest measurable snow on record.
ACTIVE DAY || Historic Wildfire Smoke
(Unedited) Out-of-control wildfires in Canada bring the worst air quality in decades to New York City. Smoky skies turn daylight into a red twilight and forced millions of people indoors. We can smell it in our studios. This was my forecast the night before the skies turned red.
IN THE FIELD || Weather forecast at the Camellia house
It’s the middle of winter, but inside the Camellia House, spring has arrived! I show viewers what makes these flowers special and give the forecast live on our weekend morning show.
